If your question is about your account, write from the email you signed up with, so we can check it is yours.

Delete your account

In the app: Settings → Delete account. We delete your profile, your friends, your pins, blasts and notifications, and the tripis only you are in, with their photos. You choose whether your photos in shared tripis go too. No need to write to us.

If you can no longer get into the app, write to privacy@tripiapp.es from your account’s email and we will delete it for you within 30 days.

Report content

If you use Tripi, report it from the “···” menu of the blast, tripi, pin or profile, or block the person from their profile.

Anyone, with or without an account, can tell us about illegal content by writing to info@tripiapp.es. Please include:

• why you believe the content is illegal or breaks our Terms;
• where it is: the username, the tripi or the link;
• your name and email (not needed for child sexual abuse material);
• a statement that you are acting in good faith and that the information is accurate and complete.

We will confirm we have received it. A person on our team reviews it, normally within 24 hours, and we tell you what we decided.

Appeal a decision

If we removed your content or suspended your account and you think we got it wrong, reply to the decision email or write to info@tripiapp.es within 6 months explaining why. A person will review it again and we will get back to you. You can also go to court.
