2. Scope

Tripi Tech, S.L. owns the website www.tripiapp.es and the Tripi mobile app, a service for creating shared trip albums whose photos are revealed on a set date.

This notice applies to both the website and the app. Accessing or using either one means you accept it.

3. Conditions of use

Tripi is intended for people aged 16 or older. You must use the service in accordance with the law, this notice and the Terms and Conditions, and you may not use it for unlawful purposes or to harm the service or other people.

The Terms and Conditions contain the full agreement, including the content rules, moderation and account suspension.

4. Intellectual property

The Tripi name and logo, the design, the code and the content produced by Tripi Tech, S.L. are protected by intellectual and industrial property law and may not be reproduced or reused without permission.

The photos and text you upload remain yours: we do not acquire ownership of them. The scope of the licence you grant us so we can run the service is set out in the Terms and Conditions.

5. Liability and links

We aim to keep the service running continuously and the information published accurate, but we cannot guarantee it will be free of interruptions or errors. We are not liable for damage arising from use of the service that breaches this notice or the Terms.

The service contains links to third-party sites and services, such as the App Store or Wikipedia. We do not control that content and accept no responsibility for it.

6. Data protection

How we process personal data is described in the Privacy Policy: what data we process, on what legal basis, for how long and who we share it with.

To exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability: legal@tripiapp.es. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

7. Storage on your device

This website uses no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and embeds no third-party services that would set any.

We store only one technical value in your browser session storage, so the intro animation is not repeated during the same visit. It is strictly necessary to present the site as you requested it, so it requires no consent under article 22.2 LSSI-CE.

8. Complaints, applicable law and jurisdiction
